Tax - Corporate Secretary - Brescia
Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consulting, is looking for a Corporate Secretary for its Brescia office.
The selected person will support the Firm’s professionals with the following tasks:

Corporate compliance (filings with the Chamber of Commerce and Revenue Agency) for client companies (SpA and Srl)

Maintenance and updating of corporate books

Management of smart cards, tokens, and certified email (PEC) for clients
-
Requests for certificates from the Chamber of Commerce and court
-
Preparation and archiving of documents
-
Organization of professionals’ schedules and providing them with administrative support
-
General secretarial duties (calls, emails, correspondence, bookings, filing, shipping, photocopying, scanning, client records)
-
Preparation of working papers
-
Invoicing
-
Opening, modification, and management of client engagements
-
Completion of anti-money laundering forms
Requirements:
-
Several years of experience in a similar role, or at least a couple of years in general secretarial work
-
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
-
Seriousness, reliability, and confidentiality

Problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
