Accounting - Consultant / Cat. Protetta - Milan

Pirola Advisory S.p.A., a strategic, digital, and administrative consulting firm, is seeking an Accounting Consultant registered on the protected categories list (Law 68/99, Art. 1) to join its Accounting, Reporting & Management Control department at the Milano office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Management of administrative, accounting, and tax compliance
• Recording, verification, and analysis of accounting data related to sales, purchases, treasury, and personnel costs
• Preparation of annual financial statements and periodic reporting
• Management of payments, monitoring of payment schedules, collections, and dunning
• Issuing and managing invoices (outgoing and incoming)
• Budgeting and forecasting activities.

What we offer

• The annual gross salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €30,000 and €35,000
• The job level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services Sector)
• The specific compensation package, including any variable elements, will depend on the assessment of the candidate against the position's requirements

What we look for

• Diploma in Business Management (Ragioneria) or a degree in economic or business disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, gained within mid-sized companies, financial intermediaries, or structured professional firms
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Knowledge of SAP or other administrative/accounting management software is considered a desirable qualification.
