Administration, Finance and Control - Reporting and Mandate Management Specialist - Milan

Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is seeking a Reporting and Mandate Management Specialist for its Milan office.

Role and activities

The successful candidate, who will be part of the AFC department, will be responsible for monitoring and managing the firm’s mandate portfolio and the related management reporting, carrying out the following tasks:

• Managing the lifecycle of internal professional mandates, from formal issuance to monitoring progress
• Preparing periodic internal reports on the progress of projects and the firm’s activities
• Verifying consistency between the professional services provided, contractual agreements and internal invoicing
• Collecting, consolidating and analysing quantitative and qualitative data to support the firm’s management.

What we offer

• The Gross Annual Salary (GAS) for this position is between €24,000 and €29,000
• The pay grade will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement for Professional Firms
• The specific remuneration package, including any variable components, will depend on the assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role’s requirements
• The role includes additional benefits such as meal vouchers, a welfare programme and a wellbeing plan.

What we look for

• Up to two years’ experience in the same role, gained in corporate environments or structured professional practices
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and, in particular, Microsoft Excel
• Good command of English.
