Advisory - Digital Solutions Consultant/Senior Consultant - Milan

Fidiger S.p.A., a consulting company belonging to the Pirola organization, is looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant to be included in  the Digital Solutions division of the Milan office.

 

The selected candidates will support the most experienced members of the team in the delivery of consulting projects with a high technological and methodological content, contributing to the evolution of "asset-based" solutions - i.e. proprietary platforms, frameworks and models that combine consulting, data and technology and specifically:

 

  • AI Transformation and Data Governance
  • Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
  • Cybersecurity and digital risk management
  • International Growth and Business Development
  • Procurement transformation and adoption of digital sourcing solutions.

 

The selected profiles will be responsible for:

 

  • Support managers in process analysis and operational delivery of projects;
  • Contribute to the modeling of asset-based solutions (dashboards, reports, analysis tools or platforms);
  • Drafting functional analyses, business cases and presentations for corporate clients;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, IT, legal, innovation);
  • Participate in data collection and standardization to power internal digital assets;
  • Monitor market trends and regulations in the reference sectors.

 

Required:

 

  • 2–3 years of experience in a consulting firm
  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Propensity for teamwork, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills.

 

Basic knowledge of data-driven tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) is a plus.

 

The availability to travel nationally and abroad completes the profile.
