Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A., a strategic financial advisory firm specialising in providing consultancy services for corporate finance transactions, is seeking a Junior Analyst for the Debt Advisory team at its Milan office.

 

Role and activities

 

  • Supporting financial restructuring processes
  • Bond issuances ("private placement" and "minibonds")
  • Structuring debt financing instruments, debt restructuring, and public financing solutions.

 

What we offer

 

  • The gross annual salary (RAL) for this role is between € 30,000 and € 35,000
  • The pay grade will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Sector
  • The specific remuneration package, including any variable components, will depend on an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role’s requirements
  • The role offers additional benefits such as meal vouchers, a welfare programme and a wellbeing plan.

 

What we look for

 

  • 1–3 years of experience in similar roles, gained within top-tier consulting firms
  • Master’s degree in economics or industrial engineering (preferably with a focus on finance and financial markets)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities
  • Interest in performance-driven goals and working within a challenging environment
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Additional requirements include availability for occasional business travel throughout Italy.
