Corporate Finance - M&A Analyst - Milan

Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A., a strategic finance advisory company specialised in providing consultancy services in extraordinary finance transactions, is looking for an Analyst to be included in our Milan office.  

The selected individuals, included in the M&A team and flanked by more experienced colleagues, will support clients in activities such as: 
 

• Venture capital research
• Stock exchange listing assistance 
• Advising on M&A transactions. 

 
Requirements: 
 

• Master's degree in economics, preferably with a background in finance and financial markets
• Up to 3 years of experience in this field
• Strong motivation for consultancy activities and for Corporate Finance 
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills 
• Interest in working towards objectives and in a challenging environment 
• Excellent command of the English language 
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package.  

A good willingness to travel within Italy completes the profile.
