HR Consultancy & Payroll - Trainee - Rome
Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax, legal, and labor consultancy, is seeking an HR Consultancy & Payroll Services Consultant for its Rome office.
The selected candidate, integrated into the team, will support the firm’s clients in activities related to labor consultancy, payroll, and personnel administration, such as:

Processing payroll and managing social security and tax obligations in compliance with current regulations

Updating data related to salaries, contributions, severance pay (TFR), and tax obligations

Monitoring attendance records and reconciling data

Preparing F24 forms for IRPEF payments and social security/welfare contributions

Managing annual obligations (disabled workers declaration, INAIL self-assessment, Certificazione Unica, and Modello 770)
-
Preparing monthly reports on personnel costs
-
Managing expatriate employees
-
Handling administrative procedures related to hiring and termination of personnel

Managing mandatory communications to relevant authorities
-
Providing consultancy on HR and employment-related matters.
Requirements:

Up to three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in professional firms and/or structured corporate environments

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Law, or Political Science
-
Good command of the English language
-
Team spirit and strong organizational skills
-
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Zucchetti software will be considered an advantage.
The position is open to both trainees and junior or newly qualified professionals.
