HR - Junior Specialist Talent Acquisition - Milan

Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its HR department at its Milan office. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• CV screening and headhunting
• Liaising with candidates (by telephone, video call and in person)
• Presenting selected profiles to Partners/Colleagues
• Ongoing follow-up with candidates and colleagues throughout the selection process
• Liaising with universities, organising and participating in employer branding initiatives
• Onboarding and post-placement follow-up. 

Requirements:

• Degree in Humanities
• 6–12 months’ professional experience in a consultancy firm or corporate environment
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
