Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for an IT - Help Desk Specialist for its Milan office.
The selected candidate will join the team and will be responsible for the following activities:
- Configuring desktop and mobile devices (Windows and iOS)
- Supporting colleagues with IT/TLC issues
- Assistance and ticket resolution
- Support in managing various IT platforms.
Requirements:
- At least 6-12 months' experience in Help Desk activities
- Good knowledge of the main IT systems on the market
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and towards objectives.
