Legal - Lawyer Corporate Law & Tax Law - Milan

Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in tax and legal consultancy, is seeking an Associate Lawyer with experience in corporate, commercial, and tax law for its Milano office.

The selected candidate will initially be assigned to a secondment project and subsequently integrated into the core team, with opportunities to specialize in the following areas:

• Corporate and Commercial Law
• Corporate Governance
• Contracting
• Tax Law.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience gained within structured professional firms
• Law degree, excellently completed
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
• Strong motivation for professional practice
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
