• Corporate Law
• Commercial law
• Civil law.

The candidate will deal in particular with Corporate M&A, contracts and corporate governance.

We require:

• Degree in Law, brilliantly obtained
• Qualification to practice law
• Excellent command of the English language
• Motivation for professional activity
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
