Legal - Lawyer Financial Services - Milan

Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a Lawyer to join the Milan office.

The candidate will be part of a team providing assistance and advisory services to banks, financial intermediaries, investment firms (SIM), asset management companies (SGR), investment companies with fixed capital (SICAF), and mutual funds.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in structured law firms, providing corporate assistance, regulatory advice, and corporate governance support
• Law degree with outstanding academic results
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong motivation for professional activity
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills. 

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience with clients operating in the banking and financial sector
• Recent admission to the Italian Bar.
