Legal - Trainee Corporate M&A - Milan

Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for undergraduate and recent graduates interested in undertaking a professional traineeship and young professionals recently qualified for the Milan office.

The selected candidates, included in the team, will have the opportunity to focus on: 

• Litigation
• Corporate and M&A law
• Commercial law 

The candidates will deal in particular with litigation, contracts and corporate governance. 

We require:  

• Law degree, successfully completed
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.

The growth path includes, along with on-the-job training, specific programmes and continuous professional training.
