Waiter - Milan

Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in tax and legal consultancy, is seeking a Waiter for its internal restaurant at the Milan office.

Role and responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for dining room service during the lunch break, working hours 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Key duties include:

• Mise-en-place and setup - Setting tables, arranging cutlery, glasses, and tablecloths correctly before service
• Service - Serving dishes and drinks to tables and replenishing the buffet
• Clearing and cleaning - Continuously monitoring the dining area to clear tables and maintain overall order and cleanliness.

What we offer

• The annual gross salary (RAL) for this position ranges between € 23,000 and € 28,000, pro-rated for the part-time schedule (25 hours per week)
• The job level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in application of the CCNL Pubblici Esercizi 
• The specific compensation package, including any variable elements, will depend on the assessment of the candidate against the position's requirements

• A high school diploma in hospitality management or specific training courses in the catering sector are highly desirable.
