Legal - Associate ESG - Parma

Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in tax and legal consultancy, is seeking professionals with experience in ESG for its Parma office.

The selected candidates, to be integrated into the working team, will be responsible for the following activities:

• Planning sustainable development pathways
• Sustainability reporting and related control systems
• Stakeholder engagement
• ESG policy drafting and advisory
• Evolution of internal governance and internal control systems, including ESG factors
• Due diligence.

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in these areas, preferably within consulting firms or structured professional environments
• Degree in economics or law
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or other postgraduate qualification in sustainability topics, as well as excellent English language proficiency and any international work experience.
