Legal - Trainee - Parma
Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is seeking, for its Parma office, a Law graduate interested in starting a traineeship in legal practice.
The selected candidate, as part of the team, will have the opportunity to gain in-depth experience in the following areas:
- Corporate law
- Commercial law
- Commercial contracts
- Extraordinary transactions and M&A
Requirements:
- Law degree with excellent academic results
- Experience between 6 months and 3 years
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong motivation for professional practice
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in a similar role within a structured law firm will be considered a plus.
The growth path includes, in addition to on-the-job training, specific programs and continuous professional development, aimed at obtaining bar qualification or pursuing ongoing professional education.
