HR Consultancy & Payroll - Associate HR Administration & Payroll - Rome
Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, seeks a consultant in HR Consultancy & Payroll Services for its Rome office.
The selected person, included in the work team, will support the firm's clients inHR Consultancy, payroll and personnel administration activities, such as:
- Processing payroll and managing contribution and tax obligations in compliance with current regulations
- Updating payroll, contributions, severance pay and tax compliance data
- Checking attendance and balancing data
- Preparation of F24 forms related to IRPEF payments and social security and welfare contributions
- Management of annual fulfillments (disability report, INAIL self-liquidation, Single Certification and Form 770)
- Processing of monthly reports related to personnel costs
- Management of expatriates
- Administrative practices related to hiring and termination of personnel
- Mandatory communications to the appropriate bodies
- Consulting activities in personnel-related issues.
Required:
- Zero to three years' experience in the same role, preferably in professional firms and/or structured corporate settings
- Bachelor's degree, including a bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, law or political science
- Good command of the English language
- Collaborative spirit and good organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package.
Knowledge of the Zucchetti application will be a preferential requirement.
