Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, seeks a consultant in HR Consultancy & Payroll Services for its Rome office.

 

The selected person, included in the work team, will support the firm's clients inHR Consultancy,  payroll and personnel administration activities, such as:

 

  • Processing payroll and managing contribution and tax obligations in compliance with current regulations 
  • Updating payroll, contributions, severance pay and tax compliance data 
  • Checking attendance and balancing data 
  • Preparation of F24 forms related to IRPEF payments and social security and welfare contributions 
  • Management of annual fulfillments (disability report, INAIL self-liquidation, Single Certification and Form 770) 
  • Processing of monthly reports related to personnel costs 
  • Management of expatriates 
  • Administrative practices related to hiring and termination of personnel 
  • Mandatory communications to the appropriate bodies 
  • Consulting activities in personnel-related issues.

 

Required:

 

  • Zero to three years' experience in the same role, preferably in professional firms and/or structured corporate settings 
  • Bachelor's degree, including a bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, law or political science 
  • Good command of the English language 
  • Collaborative spirit and good organizational skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package.  

 

Knowledge of the Zucchetti application will be a preferential requirement.  

 

The growth path includes the possibility of professional traineeship as an Employment Consultant.
