Legal - Lawyer Corporate M&A - Rome
Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a qualified lawyer specialised in Corporate M&A for its Rome office.
The selected candidate, included in the work team, will be able to deepen the following areas:
- Corporate Law
- Commercial Law
- Commercial Contracts
- Litigation.
Required:
- Law degree, brilliantly obtained
- Experience of 2-4 years preferably in structured and/or international law firms
- Excellent command of the English language, knowledge also of French will be considered preferential
- Motivation for professional activity
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in a similar field at structured firms will be an asset.
The growth path includes, along with on-the-job training, specific programs and continuing professional education.
