Legal - Trainee Corporate Law - Turin

Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a recent Law graduate interested in undertaking a legal traineeship at its Turin office.

The selected candidate, working as part of a team, will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in the following areas:

• Corporate Law

• Commercial Law

• Commercial Contract Law

• Extraordinary Transactions and M&A

• Corporate Affairs

Requirements:

• A Law degree, obtained with excellent results

• Excellent command of the English language

• Strong motivation for the legal profession

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Previous experience in a similar field within structured law firms will be considered a plus.

The growth path includes specific programs and continuous professional training, alongside on-the-job training, aimed at obtaining qualification as a lawyer.
